29th October 2011 – Fashion Philosophy Fashion Week Poland - Tatuum Unique

This show began with a white, purposely creased white, bandeau maxi dress. The collection instantly began to mix in a few flashes of neon pink layered under near sheer white jersey/cotton and off white/grey garments. Casual sporty separates were the theme for this show with short to long dresses featuring hoods as well as their flashes of neon and subtly sparkling silver leggings. I loved the layered racer back dresses which looked casual and wearable.  Strips of fabric applied to garments followed the body contours and added something to the colour block collection in its early stages.  Casual tailoring and the use of jersey continued with hooded blazers and maxi dresses featuring drawstring details. Colours moved from white and pink through nude into grey and blue and finally adding in a few splashes of turquoise and gold.
The final pieces were sparkling yet casual jumpsuits and maintained the clean lines and minimal detail. My favourite piece of the collection was a dropped crotch, grey, cable knit/ribbed jumpsuit, the crotch dropped to below the knee and tight at the ankles – not exactly glamorous but it looked great!
