Natasha Pavluchenko

This collection was made up of black, white and red starting with black outerwear. Many jackets featured quilting and provided slim line silhouettes with strong collars. Fur made an appearance as trim and the stark outerwear turned into fluid waterfall cadigans and capes.
There was a section of androgynous tux style jackets and trousers standing away from the body slightly. The cuffs of these jackets featured a long line of buttons which looked very refined especially sat below the shirts and dickie bows.

The dresses became slightly more interesting with A-line skirts and asymmetric necklines and draped skirts. The collection turned white with a white lace ruffled dress and jacket then paneled Jodhpur like trousers, skin tight and with quilted thigh panels.
The tight dresses became looser shifts and then turned red with the last two outfits being red maxi dresses. One with pinched pleats that looked very oriental, the last dress (modeled by my new friend Fiona Bunett, Portugal) was a high collared quilted maxi dress with a large bubble skirt.

This was a nice collection and very ready to wear but it didn’t break through and boundaries or wow the crowd.

Much Love
